3. Account Responsibilities

Your wen786 account is your personal responsibility. The following obligations apply from the moment your account is activated.

3.1 Login Credentials

You must keep your username, password, and any associated verification codes confidential. wen786 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately at support@wen786.net. wen786 is not responsible for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your credentials where that access resulted from your own failure to maintain reasonable security.

3.2 Account Monitoring

You are responsible for reviewing your account balance and transaction history regularly. Any discrepancy must be reported to wen786 support within 14 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this window may not be investigated.

3.3 Account Transferability

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts at wen786 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion processes on this platform. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your balance — no deductions, no conversion fees, no virtual currency translation.

5. Withdrawals

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Account Suspension & Closure

wen786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation, suspected fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or any other activity that wen786 determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited. Where no violation is confirmed, the net real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@wen786.net. Voluntary account closure does not affect the player's right to withdraw any real money balance subject to standard verification requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

wen786 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the wen786 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
